Sabrina Falk offers advanced, bespoke education for artists and practitioners working across hair, make-up, wigs and cosmetic beauty. All training is delivered personally by Sabrina and held at SHY, a considered studio environment on Lewes High Street that reflects real professional practice.
Education is intentionally offered in small numbers to preserve the quality of learning and ensure each attendee receives meaningful, hands-on guidance. This is professional development for artists who are serious about their craft.
Creative Education
Advanced training for working artists
Creative education is designed exclusively for artists already working within hair, make-up and related creative industries. Sessions support practitioners looking to refine their technical ability, expand their service offering, or transition confidently between professional environments such as bridal, editorial, private client and set work.
This training is not designed as entry-level education. Attendees are expected to arrive with existing industry experience and a commitment to working to a high professional standard.
Areas of focus may include hair techniques for make-up artists, wig styling and on-set readiness, soft modern bridal hair, editorial direction and finish, elevated client work, kit refinement and professional workflow.
Sessions are practical, immersive and shaped around the individual, offering space to step away from day-to-day working life and focus deeply on development.

Cosmetic Beauty Training
Advanced treatment training
Alongside creative disciplines, Sabrina offers accredited training in advanced treatment areas including microblading, lash lifts and brow lamination. Programmes combine guided pre-study, in-person teaching and a structured case study period to ensure safe, confident practice.
Cohorts are intentionally limited to maintain a calm learning environment and allow for close supervision.
The Microblading Intensive
Advanced training in cosmetic tattooing
The Microblading Intensive is a comprehensive, small-cohort training designed to prepare students to begin working professionally in microblading. Training is delivered personally by Sabrina Falk, a VTCT Level 4 qualified specialist in microblading and micropigmentation, within a fully equipped clinical studio environment at SHY.
Cohorts are limited to two students to ensure detailed support, close supervision and a considered pace of learning. Training includes guided pre-study, in-person practical training, live model work, health and safety protocols, skin anatomy and contraindications, colour theory, brow mapping and design, consultation skills, aftercare and a structured case study period.
A professional starter kit is provided. Certification is awarded following successful completion of training and required case studies. Students are guided through the steps needed to obtain insurance and begin practice, subject to local licensing requirements.

Lash Lift and Brow
Lamination Training
Accredited training in lash lift and brow lamination is available for artists wishing to expand their treatment offering with high-demand, complementary services. Courses are delivered in small groups and focus on safe practice, refined technique and professional standards.

Mentoring for Artists,
Founders and Freelancers
For practitioners building independent careers, Sabrina offers professional mentoring grounded in real-world studio experience. Sessions may explore positioning and brand clarity, pricing strategy, studio development, client experience, sustainable growth and decision making.
Mentoring is conversational, strategic and tailored to the individual.
